What is the delivery timeline for my order?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email once your package is dispatched.
Is Borosil glassware microwave and oven safe?
Yes, our 100% borosilicate glass products are designed to withstand temperatures up to 350°C, making them completely safe for use in microwaves, ovens, fridges, and freezers.
What is your return and replacement policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. In the rare event that you receive a damaged or broken item, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, MyBorosil ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our reach to international customers in the near future.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India.
